PENANG BUTTERFLY FARM
Opened in 1986, the Penang Butterfly Farm - located in Teluk Bahang - is one of the most famous and most popular tourist attractions of Penang. Eight hectares of butterfly houses a collection of great cover various species of butterflies and a variety of other insects. The farm is located at the foothills of Penang - between Park Forest Park and Teluk Bahang village. It has more than 4,000 butterflies from more than 120 groups and other insects and reptiles.

Legend has it that Qu Yuan, a famous Chinese patriot poet Warring States period (475-221 BC) committed suicide by jumping into a river to protest against the corruption of the era. Ordinary people rushed to their boats, beating drums and splashing water with their paddles to keep the fish and evil spirits from his body. FORT CORNWALLIS
Fort Cornwallis is situated at the spot YogyakartaT Captain Francis Light was supposed to have landed in 1786. CHEONG FATT TZE MANSION

The Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion was built over seven years from 1896 to 1904 by teams of Master Craftsmen from China. This mansion is one of only three of its kind left outside China. The mansion is the only Stately Chinese-type dwelling representing the best of 18th and 19th century Chinese architecture in the State.
